As a precursor to a series of more public book launch and seminar events in cities other than Jakarta (planned for April 2006), we usually conduct a series of more limited discussions in our office. Freedom Institute's Director of Programs Hamid Basyaib is moderating the speaker, who is the institute's executive director, Rizal Mallarangeng (left). We believe this discussion series will foster interests and subsequently help increase the readership of books we have translated.
